The letter to the editor that provides the details says:
I… was walking my dog… in downtown Kirkland near Marina Park and was surprised to see a fully lit Christmas Tree spinning and dancing itself up the street.
They pointed out that no one was in the tree and they couldn’t see anyone with a remote control nearby.
In the words of my aunt and uncle who just emailed me: “I want one!”
