Itchy Scratchy

This month at Bothell, Washington’s famed Country Village shopping center, two reindeer are greeting visitors before they suit up for their Christmas Eve flight with Santa.

At first I thought Dasher (or Dancer?) was using the friendly neighborhood horse statue to itch her head, but reindeer evidently rub against available objects to remove velvet from their antlers, leave scents, etc. 

All done. Now to blend in with the sculpture.

Time to throw in some Chuck Berry (he’ll be 90 next year!)…
