Truth, Justice, and All-American Allergen-Free Apple Pie 
I wonder if they posted the notice of the death of a Supreme Court Justice to help people know why the flag was at half-staff. There have been times that I have seen flags at half-staff and did not know why.

That’s a good theory. I want to believe that someone was just showing respect for a man who, like the Union veterans buried there, fought to keep his country and Constitution intact.
